As the permit area will be fenced from buffer areas, a cattle guard may be installed at entry to permit area from access road. ENGINEERING EVALUATION Based on my inspection of the site, the proposed mining operational activities and reclamation activities proposed, and inspection of similar operations in the vicinity with similar soil, topography, and other features, I hereby certify that the following significant, valuable or permanent man-made structures shall ' not be damaged by activities occurring at the mining operation. There are a number of permanent manmade structures within 200 feet of the affected area, some of ' which extend beyond that 200-foot limit. There are no significant, valuable or permanent man-made structures inside the permit boundary except for the following listed items, including the power line and roads.
