He indicated by phone this morning that he is signing and returning the work <br />order contras the EFMC, and expects to begin the work by the last week of September. <br />B~t.ld'illing_Subsidence Troug~is - EFMC plans to stabilize the existing subsidence troughs that <br />have occurred on abandoned, pre-law mine openings within the disturbed area. Although the <br />permit application does not require these mine openings to be sealed, EFMC will endeavor to <br />stabilize and backfill the subsidence troughs to prevent surface water inflow and eliminate the <br />hazardous conditions. The above referenced contractor has been notified to barldill the subsidence <br />when he is on-site to work on the ditch.
