Our
understanding of the time frames is as follows:
1. Inter-seeding work (or other mitigation work) for the sparse vegetation area will
be done in conjunction with Minor Revision No. 17 (MR-17) and no later than
November 15, 1999 or the end of the approved planting period.
2. Refuse Ditch construction work will begin the last week in September
3. The backfilling of the subsidence holes will be done when the equipment is on-
site for the refuse ditch work. This is likely no later than the middle of October for
completion of the backfilling/stabilization work of the two subsidence features.
If this is not your intention, please let us know in advance in writing. Otherwise, the
Division expects this work to be completed under this time schedule.
