<br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />IN THE MATTER OF: Raui Vasquez ) NOTICE OF VIOLATION M-92-086 <br />Blue Mountain Stone Co.) AND <br />P.0. Box 306 ) CEASE AND DESIST ORDER <br />Lyons, CO 80540 ) <br />T0: Raul Vasquez and Blue Mountain Stone Co. and all other persons engaged in <br />or owning or controlling the following operation: Beech Hill Quarries located <br />in Section 31, T4N, R70W, 6th P.M. in Larimer County, Colorado. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />Pursuant to the authority vested in the State of Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board by C.R.S. 34-32-124, the Board hereby makes the following <br />findings of fact: <br />1. Raul Vasquez and Blue Mountain Stone Co. is permitted to conduct a mining <br />operation under the terms of Permit M-81-107 located in Larimer County, <br />Section 31, Township 4N, Range 70W of the 6th P.M., in Larimer County, <br />Colorado. <br />2. The Mined Land Reclamation Board conducted a Formal Public Hearing on <br />December 16, 1992 to consider possible violation of the terms of Permit <br />M-81-107 and C.R.S. 34-32-101 et seg• <br />3. The Division of Minerals and Geology presented evidence at the Formal <br />Public Hearing on December 16, 1992, demonstrating that: <br />a. Raul Vasquez, Blue Mountain Stone Co. affected about 2 acres of <br />ground outside the permit boundary by mining and mining-related <br />activities. <br />
