purpose. Mi Vida Enterprises did not grant COM, Inc. the right to extract minerals from any
of its mines or to disturb or process any of the historic mine dumps that are present on its
mining claims. The term of the Milling Contract between COM, Inc. and Mi Vida Enterprises
is for ten years and will expire in six more years.
When I spoke before the Mined Land Reclamation Board on February 22, 1995, I
clearly stated Mi Vida Enterprises' position with regard for the need for COM, Inc. to obtain a
separate permit for the Gold Hill Mill that will govern its operations and reclamation plans at
the milling facility. Mi Vida Enterprises does not want to be engaged in a mining operation
on any property that it shares responsibility for environmental permit compliance with Colina
Oro Molina. Once COM, Inc. finally obtains an approved, separate permit for the Gold Hill
Mill, Mi Vida Enterprises intends to operate the Cash and Who Ao mines without Colina Oro
Molina's involvement or interference. In the event that COM, Inc. fails to obtain an approved
permit, Mi Vida Enterprises will apply for a separate permit for the mines that it owns or
controls in the Gold Hill mining district.
Very truly yours,
~~ fir. ,b~•
Mark A.
