Also, the Operator must waive the right to a 30 day decision <br /> on the technical revision to allow for the same public comment period that would apply to <br /> an amendment application, and the Operator must agree that the application will have to <br /> become an amendment in the event any adverse public comment is received. An instruction <br /> sheet for this type of technical Revision was provided to the Operator previously.
