L,

that the calculations provided be incorporated into the permit
text.
X21. The Division requests as compliance with Rule 2.05.4(2)(c)
that a post-mining contour map be submitted. This is especially
imperative now that the mine has closed for reclamation contour
mapping and matching on-the-ground with permit compliance.
X22. It is the Division's understanding that all buildings will be
removed from both the mine site and sales office per the
reclamation plan. If Twin Pines intends to leave any buildings in
place, please provide a letter from Mr. Guiliano indicating that
this is the case.
#28. This issue still remains to be resolved. Division records
show no drilling report by A.T. Massey. Please provide a copy of
said report for the record. Thank you.
#31-34. Thank you for your response, however, even if Twin Pines
bonded amount may cover the requested items be added, actual
calculations need to be itemized and included into the permit
reclamation plan and costs. Therefore, please provide the
following:
1. Bond calculations for 3,000 tons of coal removal.
2. Bond revision for 3 concrete pads to be rubblized and
buried.
3. Bond revision for removal of any utility lines.
4. Ripping of road costs.
X35. The Division records indicate that no revised Table of
Contents showing the 5 additional maps has been sent. Please
provide.
X36. Is the spoil cover currently not within the sediment control
structure to be used on the refuse pile reclamation? If so, then
this issue is no longer applicable due to TR06 for NOV C-93-104
abatement. If not, then this issue remains to be addressed.
Please advise.
Thank you for your patience concerning these issues. This
concludes the Division's final review of outstanding Mid-term
Review issues. Please feel free to contact me should you have any
questions.
Si rely, _
l ~
(l•
awn E. mi
Environmen a Specialist
cc: Dan Hernandez
ses/twinpine
