Thank you for your written commitment, however, the commitment
needs to be incorporated into the permit. Please send the revised
page.
#9. The details on the Caldirola well still need to be submitted.
Any luck in your research into the City of Coal Creek records?
#14. Thank you for your response, however, the Rules still indicate
that the tipple access road be provided with a stability analysis.
Since you indicated that there exists a retaining wall, the
analysis could demonstrate that this wall is adequate in retaining
the slope should instability be a factor.
#15. This requirement is no longer applicable due to the mine
closure.
#17. In order to resolve this issue, the future use of the coal
sales area must be determined and stated in the permit. Please
contact the Division ASAP regarding this issue for further
discussion on providing surface flow calculations and maps for the
sales office area.
#18. If Twin Pines decides to leave the tipple road in place, then
these hydrologic calculations and subsequent ditch construction
must be implemented. Please contact the Division for further
discussion on the future of the Sales Area.
#19. Thank you for your written comments. The Division requests
