Thank you for your written commitment, however, the commitment <br />needs to be incorporated into the permit. Please send the revised <br />page. <br />#9. The details on the Caldirola well still need to be submitted. <br />Any luck in your research into the City of Coal Creek records? <br />#14. Thank you for your response, however, the Rules still indicate <br />that the tipple access road be provided with a stability analysis. <br />Since you indicated that there exists a retaining wall, the <br />analysis could demonstrate that this wall is adequate in retaining <br />the slope should instability be a factor. <br />#15. This requirement is no longer applicable due to the mine <br />closure. <br />#17. In order to resolve this issue, the future use of the coal <br />sales area must be determined and stated in the permit. Please <br />contact the Division ASAP regarding this issue for further <br />discussion on providing surface flow calculations and maps for the <br />sales office area. <br />#18. If Twin Pines decides to leave the tipple road in place, then <br />these hydrologic calculations and subsequent ditch construction <br />must be implemented.
