Your application has been scheduled for consideration by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division on January 17, 1996. Before your application can be considered by the <br />Board, you must complete the following notice requirements: <br />Publish notice of the filing of this application and provide proof of the notice to us. <br />I• <br />I• <br />I have reviewed the application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of <br />Act and Regulations. The attached list details items that need clarification before the application <br />will satisfy the applicable requirements. Please provide a response to each item prior to <br />January 12, 1996. <br />If you are unable to respond to this letter, providing all required information prior to the <br />scheduled Board consideration date, please contact me requesting continuance of Board <br />consideration to a later date. The Mined Land Reclamation Board has ordered that the due date <br />for approval of your application to not be later than February 16, 1996. <br />I would like to remind you that the Cease and Desist Order in place is only for any continued <br />disturbance outside the present permit boundary.
