<br />• <br />mining, where the overburden aid topsoil piles will be stockpiled, the affected boundary of <br />each quarry and how the site will be reclaimed. <br />Rule 6.4.5 Exhibit E- Reclamation Plan Mao <br />5. The Division requested a reclamation plan map of the area depicting the contour lines to <br />portray the direction and rate of slope of the reclaimed lands. This map was not included in <br />the revised submittal. Please include a reclamation plan map for the entire site. <br />Rule 6.4.12 Exhibit L- Reclamation Cost <br />6. The Division is in the process of determining the amount of bond that will be required to <br />reclaim the site to the proposed postmining land use. A copy of the estimate will be <br />submitted under sepazate cover. <br />Rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S- Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />7. In Quarry B, two power poles and two roads aze located inside the azeas to be mined. Blue <br />Mountain Stone will need to address the stability of these structures if mining is to occur <br />within 200 feet of the structures.
