BARRY: Fifty loads of road gravel?
MR„ HEADLEY: Of any kind of gravel. I'm capable
of delivering 50, possibly 60 loads a day.
MR. BARRY: As to road gravel, you di.r9n't haul 43 --
you didn't haul all 43 loads in one day? Your general prac-
tice was that you might have hauled as many as :E our or five
in one day?
MR. HEADLEY: No. I don't know specifically what
day it was. It goes over a period of time, but I can put up
to 15 trucks in operation.
MS„ BURCH: How many of those would etch truck carry
in a day?
MRo HEADLEY: It is according to the length of the
haul. We are talking about Pawnee Power Plant, it is about
a 15, 16 mile haul, so we would probably -- the} could run
as many as eight loads in a day each truck. This huge amount
of gravel that you are talking about here is gr~~vel the
State mined and all I did was load up. I did not mine it.
MR. BARRY: The road gravel?
MRo HEADLEY: No, the huge amounts that --
MR. BARRY: I don't think there is any' evidence
contradicting that.
DRe BROWN: I have got a motion that .probably won't
pass because it doesn't do anybody justice, but it is about the
only thing I could vote on.
