The <br />figures used were taken from the mid-term review. The Division's estimate <br />differs from the one you submitted in the following three areas; <br />administrative costs, revegetation and topsoil distribution. The Division <br />cannot release the bond for seeding and topsoiling of the facilities area <br />during a phase I bond release. Topsoil replacement and revegetation success <br />will be evaluated during the Phase II release.
