Show Cause Order why permit <br />should not be revoked, and bond forfeited at the New Pryor Strip Mine, <br />continued from the July Board Meeting. Reference ATTACHMENT V, letter <br />dated August 15, 1985 to Union Indemnity Insurance Company from the <br />Office of the Attorney General, Robert A. Hykan. Staff indicated that <br />the operator is pursuing financing to pay civil penalties and submit <br />proper bond amount. Staff recommended that the suspension be continued <br />to the October Board Meeting to allow Mr. Wiley's efforts to continue. <br />Staff also recommended that the Board allow the Assistant Attorney <br />General to file suit against American Fuels to obtain the outstanding <br />civil penalties and the additional bond that is necessary to cover <br />reclamation at the site. <br />It was MOVED that the Board continue the suspension to the November <br />Board Meetin SECONDED and PASSED UNANIMOUSLY (Holder, Campbell, Blach <br />and O'Connor. <br />
