This conveyer would boarder the north side
of three neighboring property owners. They would then
convey the material accros the river behind our property
to the exsisting plant. Completion time 15-20 years.
This is not in agreement with the Tu11 Property Permit.
3)Camas is also negotiating with the City of Longmont on
another permit.
In Con~:lusion
1) I have copied sections from the Colorado Mined Land Act.
2) I hive copied sections of case number Amended USR-877
CanciM Distel Farms Permit for your review.
3) In Several attempt to work out our problems and concerns
with Camas, no reasonable effert has been made by
them to meet us half-way.
4) Thi:~ is an attempt to make aware the situation that
thi;~ area has lived with for far to many years.
Please contact Ted Cox with any questions and or conclussions
concerning this matter.
1767 W.C.R. 20'~ Longmont, Co. _
303-65].-1203 Sincerely %~~•~~
cc; Weld County Planning
Division of Minerals and Geology
City Council, Longmont
E.
