BMG has agreed to work with the Divis~on to <br />develop a critical path management schedule following he <br />initial resolution of all abatement issues. <br />(12) Modification of Monitor Sampling & Rnalysis Protocol: <br />[Modified by Order of the Board to provide for independent samp ing and <br />analysis, by a third party at BMRI's expense, at a frequency to be deter- <br />mined by the Mined Land Reclamation Division to verify pertinen data.] <br />Status: BMG verbally committed to comply on April 22, 1992.
