The pro, <br />reclamation of the site would result in a depression, <br />approximately 10-12 feet in depth, covering approxi, <br />acres of the property. The side slopes of the depre <br />would be regraded to a maximum slope of 3H:1V, and <br />unsold, processed materials and re7ectable material <br />produced from this operation would be backfilled in <br />made part of the regraded basin topography. The active ining <br />phase of this operation will last approximately 5 yea s+ the <br />reclamation phase is to be completed withln 5 years f om the <br />end of active mining. <br />(3.1.4) The public will not be allowed to use this pr~perty <br />for recreation. <br />
