The reclaimed areas <br />which were formerly the bench, highwall, and access road of the mine (approximately <br />seven acres) meet the criteria for Phase I (backfilling, grading and drainage re- <br />establishment) and Phase II (vegetation and sediment load) release as addressed in CRS <br />34-33-125(9)(a) and fb) and Rule 3.03.1(2)(a) and (b) and 3.03.1(3)(b). Quantitative <br />and qualitative demonstrations of conformance with the bond release criteria are <br />presented for bacldilling and grading, drainage re-establishment, topsoiling, vegetation <br />re-establishment and surface hydrology/sedimentology in this application. Copies of <br />the required notifications, application information, and public notice are attached for <br />your review. <br />If any additional materials are required, or if there are any questions regarding the <br />information presented, please contact me. Please inform me of the date and time of the <br />Division's bond release inspection, so that representatives of Rocky Mountain Bank and <br />Trust and I can be present.
