Your concerns <br />are addressed in the order in which they were noted in your <br />letter. <br />1. Two sets of the drawings indicating the stability of the <br />rock base below the road after excavation of the fill <br />material are attached. <br />2. Drawing 5-001 of the above drawings shows the relocation <br />of the 36" CMP drainage pipe which directs water from the <br />drainage ditch from the inside of the access road to MB <br />No. 2. The pipe will be relocated as shown in the <br />drawing. <br />3. WECC will apply to the Colorado Department of Health for a <br />modification to its NPDES permit to allow for the dis- <br />charge of water over the emergency spillway by June 1, <br />1984. A copy of the letter transmitting the aoplicatien <br />will be sent to CMLRD as well as a copy of the modified <br />permit. <br />4.
