Reference is made to the <br />establishment of survey monument hubs for periodic surveying to detect the post <br />reclamation stability of the highwall and stockpile. This defeats the sole purpose of Mr. <br />Schmahl's efforts to complete final reclamation of Parcel A and allow the release of <br />warranties and termination of the permit. <br />3. Page 5, "Reclamation of l.Oh:1.Ov Soil Escarpment on Parcel B <br />I do not believe that Paccel B is a part of this TR-Ol to the Surface Rock Pit.
