SHELTON, Dlreetor <br />November 23, 1987 <br />John M Walters <br />Salt Creek Mining Co <br />751 Horizon Ct <br />Grand Junction, CO 81506 <br />RE: Munger Canyon Mine Proposed Decision to Renew a Valid, Existing Permit <br />(C-81-020) <br />Dear Mr. Walters: <br />Enclosed you will find the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division's Proposed <br />Decision Package regarding the renewal of a valid, existing permit for the <br />Munger Canyon Mine (our Permit No. C-81-020). Notice of the proposed decision <br />(copy enclosed) needs to be published twice, one week apart, in the Grand <br />Junction Daily Sentinel and the Glenwood Post. The first publication must <br />occur on December 11, 1987 and will initiate the thirty day public comment <br />period for the Division's decision. <br />Salt Creek Mining Co must amend their bond, to reflect an increase in the <br />amount of X15,070.00, on forms approved by the Division. The permit renewal <br />will not become final until the bond is approved by the Division.
