<br />EXHIBIT D <br /> <br />1. The method of mining will be to utilize a loader, truck and/or dozer for digging. <br />2. The size of the area to be worked at during any one time is less than'/z an acre. <br />3. The maximum gradient of reclaimed slopes will be 3:1. <br />4. The nature of the stratum itself and immediately beneath the material to be mined is <br />gravel and dirt. <br />5. The primary and secondary commodities to be mined are sand and gravel. The <br />intended use for the commodities is for various road maintenance and repair on <br />county gravel roads. <br />6. Reclamation will be im{demented at the conclusion of mining activities. The operator <br />will follow guidelines in establishing that the area be resumed to rangeland use. <br />7. Guidelines for reclamation will be followed according to the recommendation of the <br />SCD office on the following page. <br />8. As far as can be determined at this time, there is no overburden at this site. <br />9. There are no ponds, streams or buildings which are existing or which v~ill exist after <br />reclamation. The current haul road will be reclaimed according to the <br />recommendation of the SCD office. <br />10. There won't be any wa:~te rock dumps, underground mine openings, ditches, <br />sediment control faciliti~:s, buildings or other features not previously addressed in the <br />Reclamation Plan narraitive. <br />
