Hammond: <br />Enclosed are two sets of sample results performed by Grand Junction Labs. The lab sheet with a "date <br />reported" of 8/31/99 includes two "recheck samples', taken from the original Sample # 81399041004A, <br />which I obtained from Discharge 004, on 8/13/99.
