Over the years <br />3 is significantly greater than what happened in surrounding parts <br />4 of that area. I--that is not to say that there may be some <br />5 liability there from Castle Concrete that they have with regard <br />6 to having these materials deposited on other peoples lands in <br />7 terms of civil liability and whether or not there is some <br />8 financial damage or economic damage from that. <br />9 That could be but that is not for this Board to decide <br />10 here. And that could be raised in another quorum. Be that as it <br />11 may, I would certainly hope that that Castle Concrete would work- <br />12 -working with the Board or working with the Division--excuse me, <br />13 and with the affected property owners--would work out a way to <br />14 clean up in the most feasible manner whatever disruption did <br />15 occur in terms of replanting and meliorate the whatever problems <br />16 it had occurred out there. <br />17 Turning to the second issue, though I think that is <br />18 really a different issue in my mind, I think there was serious <br />19 environmental problem that occurred there. I am particularly <br />20 concerned and disturbed by--I must say--honestly sap that Castle <br />21 Concrete would allow, at least in regard to area four, the <br />22 dumping of waste materials with ostensibly with the objective of <br />23 attempting to construct a road across that. <br />24 I find that that just really amazing that somebody <br />25 would, in good faith, would go forward and with that sort of a <br />
