And therefore, if the operator is willing to take a <br />17 risk of allowing this condition to exist, they have to realize <br />18 that they are submitting a permit amendment that we are going to <br />19 be down there a lot. Again, I don't-- <br />20 MR. O'CONNOR: Let me ask this question. Despite what <br />21 I just said, what if xe were to go ahead in vote in favor of my <br />22 original motion, but my motion also had attached to it a Board <br />23 Order component to it directing them to come up with this <br />24 corrective plan. <br />25 And to complete the plan with all due diligence.
