Att
access now abandoned but one which was used historically before the current pit was leased and regulated
permitting wasrequired.
The out of Bounds area (B) is the result oC a constructed fill Material Cor the fill came from
construction projects outside the gravel penuitlcd area and is being placed at that location per the desire of
the land mvner. The resulting level area Corntcd by the "fill" will provide the landowner with additiottal
usable ground when the gravel pit is fully reclaimed and rdurned to him. ^ has been a mutually
beneficial situation, connected to the gravel pit operations Duly by its pmxitnity.
A letter from the land owner, Mr. Lemoine, and the Delta County District # 3 Foreman, Ralph
Clark acknowledgirtg the nature of this sepazale azrangctucnt is attached.
Submitted By: ~,~ Le~~e( %'t~r~
DENVER OF ~~~=
PUBLIC FILE C~ i'Y
FILE:~-7`~ - ~~~'
SITE: Lernol•1r C~ra~a( F,~"
