V <br /> <br />CMLRD Mid-term Review <br />October 25, 1989 <br />Page 2 <br />Stipulation 4. -The stipulation has been incorporated in Section 3.4.8, page <br />3-79. <br />Stipulation 5. -WECC has already committed to seeding topsoil stockpiles <br />(k~ planned to remain for more than five years with the permanent seed mix found <br />in Table 4.4.5.A. See Section 4.4.1, page 4-5. <br />Stipulation 6. - As approved in TR #55, WECC plans to undermine the area <br />of the Upper Refuse Pile and have achieved complete subsidence prior to <br />construction of this pile. This stipulation is no longer applicable. <br />Stipulation 7. -The letter of August 15, 1985, reterenced in this stipulation <br />should be found at the end of Volume 11. This letter contains WECC's <br />commitment to complete this monitoring prior to any disturbance at the Upper <br />Refuse Pile site. <br />Stipulation 8. - As a result of the April, 1987, technical revision to reduce <br />hydrology monitoring, WECC no longer monitors the chemical constituents of <br />~(t, surface and groundwater of the Lower Refuse Pile. Baseline data were <br />collected. Pages 4-68, 4-70 and 4-71 have been revised to include an <br />assessment of the impacts of the Lower Refuse Pile in the AHR. <br />~¢ Stipulation 9. -This stipulation has been incorporated on page 4-71 in Volume <br />1 A. <br />Stipulation 10. - An addendum to the Upper Refuse Pile designs, dated March, <br />,5¢ 1985, has been revised (page 32, Appendix C-1, Volume 11) to include the <br />~ requirements of this stipulation. <br />,~ j Stipulation 11. -Same as Stipulation 10. <br />~54Y,kb~c.. fib. - h1o1 o-8°S~J <br />Stipulation 17. -Page 3-78A has been revised to include a statement of <br />WECC's submittal of semi-annual subsidence reports. The first subsidence <br />~y report submitted after the installation of the subsidence monitoring network <br />,`/ above the 1W1S panel was approved by the Division. WECC continues to <br />submit reports in the same format as the first report approved by the Division. <br />The 1 W1 S panel has been mined and was sealed in March, 1987. <br />
