As previously mentioned, the DP/ISION has received an objection to your permit application. The objection will
be addressed in future meetings at the DIVISION and possibly before the Mined Land Reclamation Board.
Information regarding these meetings will be addressed in separate correspondence. A copy of the objection has
been previously faxed and is also included with this letter.
Please be advised that the Western Equipment and Tmck, Inc. 112 Permit Application may be deemed
inadequate, and the application may be denied on July 19, 2002 unless the above mentioned adequacy review
items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to complete your reply, the
Division can grant an extension to the decision date. This will be done upon receipt of a written waiver of your
right to a decision by July 19, 2002 and request for additional time. This must be received no later than the
deadline date.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (303)866-4935.
Sincerely,
~~~~~
Kate Pickford
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Carl Mount; DMG
