<br />AGREEMENT OF COMPENSATION <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that landowners which live next to a <br />proposed mining operation be informed about the mine and the reclamation. Further the Act <br />provides protection for your property. The Act has defined your structwes which are within 200 <br />feet of a mining operation as needing this protection. <br />In order for this operation to be closer than 200 feet to your structures, we need either your <br />permission to do so or we must prepaze an engineering study accepted by the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology showing no potential damage. In order for you to agree that our mining <br />operation with be closer than 200 feet to your sttuctwes, we also must commit to repairing, <br />replacing, or compensating you for any damage that might be caused to these structures by our <br />mining operation. <br />With this letter, we are requesting your authorization to conduct our mining operation closer than <br />200 feet to your structures which may include fences, irrigation ditches, roads, houses, and other <br />buildings.
