Further the Act provides protection for yow property. The Aix has debased your atructwcs which ate within 200 feet of a mining operation as needing this protection. In order for this operation to be closer than 200 feet to your structurer, we need either.yow permission to do so m we must prepays an engineering study accepted by the Division of Minerals and Geology showing no potential damage.
