If topsoiiing operations are not completed this <br />fat', cheq will he completed as soon as possible in early 1983. <br />Revegetation (seeding) operations viii take place on all areas vhich have <br />had topsail replaced by Lhe end of September. <br />Any topsoil reapplication and revegetation operations which are unable to <br />be conducted prior to vin ter 1982, will be intiated as soon as weather permits <br />in spring :983. <br />
