This abatement submittal package specifically includes the following: <br />• NOV Abatement Responses <br />• Application Forms for TR-07 (NOV C-93-46) and TR-08 (NOV C-93-48) <br />• Proposed Public Notices for TR's TR-07 and TR-08 <br />• Supporting Materials (includes drainage design calculations, revised permi[ text <br />pages, and draft of revised Map 12, submitted under separate cover) <br />The abatement responses also address the proposed abatement approach for NOV C-93-52 and <br />related supporting information including proposed drainage design configuration (refer to draft <br />of Map 12) are included in this rubmittal package for OMLR review and comment. <br />The accompanying abatement submittal should effectively address abatemen[ requirements and <br />provide the bazis for termination of the noted NOV's.
