Nearest Town: The Town of Lyons is located approximately 1.5 miles <br />west of the proposed mining azea. <br />7. Existing Vegetation and Land Use: The property is currently used for pasture <br />and hay production. Vegetation in the azea proposed <br />for development primazily consists of vazious grasses. <br />Riparian habitats are found adjacent to St. Vrain Creek. <br />However, these azeas lies outside proposed mining and <br />disturbance azeas. <br />8. Proposed Final Land Use: Western Mobile has entered into a contract to sell its <br />Lyons real estate to Boulder County following mining <br />and reclamation.
