Our comments regarding the <br />inspection reports are as follows: <br />Signs and Markers <br />A topsoil identification sign has recently been made and will be placed <br />on the subject topsoil stockpile in the very near future. <br />Additional permit boundary perimeter markers will be placed upon approval <br />of our application [o conduct coal mining in Colorado under [he final <br />State program. <br />Backfilling and Gradin <br />Arrangements lave been made to move a portion of the topsoil stockpile <br />located in [he vicinity of tl,c truck dump site away from the gully. The <br />work will be done in tlrc near future. llawever, it will not be done until <br />I am able to he at the site to assure that the topsoil is handled proper- <br />ly. I will place straw mulch on any disturbed portions of the stockpile. <br />As we discussed on your last visit, the gully will be stabilized with <br />rock material. <br />Protection of Ilydrologic System <br />All ponds at the loadou[ site, including the sediment control pond, have <br />been constructed and are complete except for the installation of hypalon <br />
