PERMIT NO. C-81-018 <br />Dear Ms. Binns: <br />Enclosed with this letter, please find the following documents pertinent to the process pond for <br />SDHM4, and the culvert for access to SDHg4. They should be made a part of the technical <br />revision application mailed to you on April 12, 1993. This letter is also intended to respond to <br />your inquiries dated April 8, 1993 pertinent to TR 31. <br />1. Map 144 which is a detailed topographic map of the pond. This is a new map to <br />be inserted in the permit document. <br />2. Map 141 has been revised to show riprap below the outlet end of the pipe from <br />SDHN4. Maps 141 and 144 give enough design details for the pond. <br />3. Map 141 (revised) shows the top of the embankment at 5415 feet. The pond <br />bottom elevation is 5410 feet.
