(Based on average frost <br />dates.) <br />ROAD DISTURBANCE AREA #1: Repair any summer erosion problems by Oct~~ber <br />1, 1990. Reseed the repair areas within 10 days of completion of repair <br />work. Plant containerized trees not later than October 10, 1990. <br />Initiate monitoring system by October 20, 1990. (Based on average frost dates.) <br />CULVERT HR6: As soon as a decision is made regarding which design <br />option should be used, install the culvert. There are currently 11 <br />possible options including the ones proposed by Castle Concrete, tho~3e <br />proposed by the Mined Land Reclamation Division, and those proposed ley <br />Greg Nagel. The recent submittal of the Cedar Heights Lender's anal~~eis <br />by Kiowa Engineering seems to have effectively reduced the possible <br />options to perhaps three. <br />ROAD DISTURBANCE AREAS #2 AND #3~ Stability analysis by William Hof]'man <br />has been completed. If Hoffman recommendations are accepted, complei;e <br />earthwork, topsoil application, and seeding by February 1, 1991. Plant <br />trees by May 1, 1991. There is insufficient containerized tree <br />seedlings in maintenance to plant this area by October 10, 1990. More <br />trees need to be ordered for next spring. The deficiency is the result <br />of not being able to store the bare root Juniper stock. If available:, <br />containerized Juniper stock will be ordered instead of bare root. Ttiis <br />will make up for the time lost by not planting Junipers in the sprinE; of <br />1990.
