HAND DELIVERED
1313 Sherman St
Denver, CO 80203
RE: Request for adjustment in timetable for implementation
of Corrective Action Plan for Snyder Quarry.
Your File No.: M-77-210
Dear Board Members and Staff:
Enclosed is a request for a timetable adjustment for the
above referenced operation submitted on behalf of Castle
Concrete Company. The bulk of the information provided is
an update on the status of the corrective actions and an
explanation ae to why certain timetables were unable to be
met. Also provided are some supporting letters submitted
during the possible violation hearings last year.
We hope you can consider and approve the revised timetable
at your June 27/28, 1990 meeting. As you can see by the
evidence presented, there hea been s considerable amount of
work completed and Castle intends to complete the remaining
work this fall.
Although not in this package, at the meeting we will be
presenting a series of elides that will show what has been
accomplished to date.
If you have any questions, please call.
Respectfully,
Mark A. Heifner
cc: Gordon Morgan
G. Scott Briggs
