A copy of that
agreement is enclosed.
We have been given a verbal couttnitment from the Fitts' Family Tttut for an agreement. The Fitts
family lives in Lancaster, California, and correspondence bas been rather slow. We are hopeful
that we will have an agreement with them by the time of the Board hearing. They are interested
in pem~anently relocating thewright-of -way/utility easement to the area that we have offered as
a temporary route of access.
We have made significant progress in reaching an agreement with Mr. William Harmsen, Jr.,
however a firm agreemem has not been reached. He has stated that he is flexible is the location
of the easement that he alleges to have. We have offered him a temporary route of access,
different from the route that he claims. He is giving consideration to this offer. We expect to
finalize ari agreement shortly.
