Pazkerson's responses are numbered in the same sequence as the PAR.
1) Parkerson confirms that 25.1 acres9f land aze presently subject to mineral
extraction permit M-1985-219. /
2) The maps submitted with the application have been revised to comply with Rule
6.2.1(2)(b) of the Rules and Regulations. One original and two copies of the
revised maps are included herewith.
3) As explained in our meetirig on July Ist, maps submitted with the application
depict the location of pit expansion Parcels 1, 2, 3 and 4. The Mining Plan
describes three Mining Areas that cover, in the aggregate, all of the expansion
pazcels. The three Mining Areas are identified on the Mining Plan Map as
Mining Areas A, B and C. Mining Area A covers expansion Parcel 1; Mining
Area B covers expansion Pazcels 3 and 4; and Mining Area C covers expansion
Parcel 2.
4) Parkerson will seed the topsoil stockpile with the NRCS recommended seed mix
described in the Reclamation Plan, either by broadcasting or drill seeding. If the
seed mix is broadcast, quantities will be doubled. Erosion of the stockpile will be
controlled by means of establishing adequate vegetation on the stockpile.
