<br /> <br />2. MODERATE DISTURBANCES -includes settling ponds, on-site <br />private ways, roads, work areas, pazking and all other equipment, <br />tool and machine storage areas. There will be approximately 5 acre <br />which will be considered Moderate disturbance. <br />3. MINOR DISTURBANCE - azeas that are being prepazed for <br />reclamation or that have had no disturbance to date total <br />approximately 52 acres. <br />'The Antelope Hill Gravel Pit is currently being mined on as as needed basis to <br />provide sized gravel chips and 3/4" gravel stockpiled for use as road maintenance <br />material when and where it is needed. <br />Future mining activity is as follows: <br />1. PHASE I -Complete mining gravel deposit beginning in part of the NE 1/4 <br />of Section 30, T14S, R94W, 6th P.M., at the NW corner of the existing <br />mined out area. Mining will run in a northwest direction and extending <br />into a portion of the S 1/2 of Section 19, T14S, R 94W, 6th P.M. (See <br />attached Exhibit "C" for more complete details.) Total acreage anticipated <br />for Phase I is 20 acres and the estmated time for completion of Phase I is 5 <br />years. <br />2. PHASE II -Complete mining gravel deposit beginning along the northwest <br />side of Phase I in part of the S 1/2 S 1/2 of Section 19, T14S, R94W, 6th <br />P.M. Mining will run from the east to the west. Total acreage anticipated <br />for Phase II is approximately 15 acres and the estimated time for <br />completion of this phase is 4 yeazs. <br />3. PHASE III -Complete mining gravel deposit beginning along the south <br />side of Phase II in part of the E 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 30, T14S, R94W, <br />6th P.M. Mining will run from the north to the south. Total acreage <br />anticipated for Phase III is approximately 12 acres and the estimated time <br />for completion of this phase is 4 years. <br />4. PHASE IV -Complete mining gravel deposit beginning along the north end <br />of Phase III in part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 30, T14S, R94W, 6th <br />P.M. Mining will run from the north to the south. Total acreage <br />anticipated for Phase IV is approximately 12 acres and the estimated time <br />for completion of this phase is 4 years. <br />
