<br />EXHIBIT "D" <br />MINING PLAN <br />ANTELOPE HILL GRAVEL PIT <br /> <br />A. The gravel pit operation is to be an open pit mine whereby each stage is <br />accomplished as follows: <br />1. The mining area will be ripped, trenched and water soaked to loosen <br />product and suppress the dust. <br />2. Topsoil will be stripped and removed to the stockpile azea away <br />from the excavation site. <br />3. Rock and any remaining soil will then be removed to the crushing <br />operation for processing. <br />4. The crushed product is sepazated by size, stockpiled at designated <br />azeas, then loaded into trucks for distribution to construction sites as <br />needed. <br />B. Earthmoving is accomplished with: <br />1. Two or three front-end loaders and D-7 Cat. <br />2. Four (4) or five (5) 10 yd dump trucks & two (2) -Belly Dump <br />trucks for removal of finished product. <br />C. There are no water impoundment azeas <br />D. Areas to be affected are as follows: <br />1. MAJOR DISTURBANCES -This includes excavations overburden, <br />spoils and topsoil stockpile azeas. The area of major disturbances <br />would equal approximately 20 acres. <br />
