As l stated to you in my letter <br />to you of August 26, 1994, Mr. and Mrs. Guffey have indicated a willingness to allow <br />Abbott/Watson on the property for reclamation purposes, however, not without <br />established guidelines. / am sure that you can understand that this is for the benefit <br />of both parties. <br />l am available to meet with you and your clients, at your convenience, to <br />establish these guidelines and to thereafter allow your clients on the property. While <br />l do not wish to unduly delay your clients proceeding with the reclamation work, these <br />are matters that cou/d have been addressed months ago. It is only now under threat <br />of further civil penalties that your clients have expressed such an urgent rush to get <br />the work done. <br />Please call me or.
