e) The conveyor design will have two segments. The river crossing portion will be <br />constructed inside the bridge. This conveyor will then transfer to a overland conveyor. <br />Preferably, this conveyor will be a single drive with no transfer points. The convey will <br />then discharge via a stacker conveyor into a stockpile or directly into the crushing <br />screening plant. Map C-5 is a representative design for the conveyor. Bolt together <br />sections 20' in length will form the support structure. With the overall conveyor length <br />being approximately 1700', 85 caisson pairs will be required. The caisson will be 12" <br />diameter by 3' in depth. <br />f) The bridge supplier, Big R Manufacturing, has supplied a drawing to be included in this <br />package. <br />g) The bridge supplier, Skip Gibbs, has supplied a drawing to be included in this package. <br />h) All tanks on-site will have integral secondary containment in the form of double walled <br />tanks. If a single walled tank is brought onto site it will be contained within a berm and <br />lined structure with containment of 110% of the tank's storage. <br />3.) The reclamation plan has been corrected. <br />4.) I have expanded the existing Reclamation Areas to, include a break down of acreage into <br />the three azeas. <br />5.) The operator has contacted a weed control specialist. They are preparing a plan and will <br />begin implementation of this plan later this year. Weed control documentation will be <br />included in the annual reports for the site. <br />6.) The statement has been modified to reflect the original intent of a success criteria of weed <br />control being included in the revegetation success criterion. <br />7.) The State Engineers office aze concerned about two issues: water consumption and <br />nearby wells. Both issues are covered in the well permit application and substitute water <br />supply plan filed with the their office. <br />8.) Exhibit M has been modified to reflect the current status of all required permits. <br />9.)
