No. 1211-CO-09-03836-02 <br />Construction Plan <br />Dear Mr. Dodd: <br />:~ <br />~.: <br />This is in response to Twentymile Coal Company's letter dated <br />March 22, 1995, concerning a new refuse pile.for the subject mine. <br />The construction plan is acknowledged and will be made a part of <br />the mine file. Please be sure to use the new refuse pile assigned <br />MSHA ID No. 1211-CO-09-03836-02, with all correspondence regarding <br />this refuse pile. <br />Title 30 CFR, 77.215 (j) requires that all fires of the refuse pile <br />shall be extinguished, and the method used shall be in accordance <br />with a plan approved by the District Manager. Please note that <br />when a refuse pile is to be abandoned a written plan must be <br />submitted to the District Manager for his review.
