other qualified persons in preparing such statements and
provide factual information sufficient to substantiate the
® proposed measures , and
110(2) (g) (11 ) A reclamation plan addressing the measures to be taken to
comply with the applicable provisions of Rule 6. In
preparing the reclamation plan, the operator should be specific
in terms of address'ino such items as final grading ( including
drainage) , seeding , fertilizing , revegetation (trees , .
shrubs , etc. ) and topsoiling. Operators are encouraged
to allow flexibility in their plans by committing
themselves to ranges of numbers (e .g. , 6" - 12" of topsoil )
rather than specific figures.
The plan shall include descriptions of the following:
( i ) Final grading - specify maximum anticipated slope
gradient or expected ranges thereof,
( ii ) Seeding - specify types , mixtures , quantities,. and
expected time(s) of seeding and planting,
( iii ) Fertilization - if applicable, specify types ,
mixtures , quantities and time of application,
( iv) Revegetation - specify types of trees , shrubs, etc. ,
quantities , size and location ,
(v) Topsoiling - specify anticipated minimum depth
or range of depths for those areas where topsoil .
will be replaced.
3. 12 Application Fees
A fee of twenty-five dollars , plus ten dollars for each acre
of affected land shall accompany the application. In the
event of permit denial , seventy-five oercent of the fee shall
be refunded. If the refund will be thirty-five dollars or less ,
no refund shall be made.
110(3) 3.2 Notice Procedures
3.21 The following rules apply to applications for:
(1 ) limited impact permits ,
(2) Conversions of 1973 Act permits qualifying as limited
impact permits , and
(3) Amendments of limited impact permits.
For conversions of limited impact permits to regular permits ,
see Rules 1 and 2.
