Soil Conservation <br /> Service , State Engineer, Division of Wildlife. etc. ) or <br /> other qualified persons in preparing such statements and <br /> provide factual information sufficient to substantiate the <br /> ® proposed measures , and <br /> 110(2) (g) (11 ) A reclamation plan addressing the measures to be taken to <br /> comply with the applicable provisions of Rule 6. In <br /> preparing the reclamation plan, the operator should be specific <br /> in terms of address'ino such items as final grading ( including <br /> drainage) , seeding , fertilizing , revegetation (trees , . <br /> shrubs , etc. ) and topsoiling. Operators are encouraged <br /> to allow flexibility in their plans by committing <br /> themselves to ranges of numbers (e .g. , 6" - 12" of topsoil ) <br /> rather than specific figures. <br /> The plan shall include descriptions of the following: <br /> ( i ) Final grading - specify maximum anticipated slope <br /> gradient or expected ranges thereof, <br /> ( ii ) Seeding - specify types , mixtures , quantities,. and <br /> expected time(s) of seeding and planting, <br /> ( iii ) Fertilization - if applicable, specify types , <br /> mixtures , quantities and time of application, <br /> ( iv) Revegetation - specify types of trees , shrubs, etc. , <br /> quantities , size and location , <br /> (v) Topsoiling - specify anticipated minimum depth <br /> or range of depths for those areas where topsoil . <br /> will be replaced. <br /> 3. 12 Application Fees <br /> A fee of twenty-five dollars , plus ten dollars for each acre <br /> of affected land shall accompany the application. In the <br /> event of permit denial , seventy-five oercent of the fee shall <br /> be refunded. If the refund will be thirty-five dollars or less , <br /> no refund shall be made. <br /> 110(3) 3.2 Notice Procedures <br /> 3.21 The following rules apply to applications for: <br /> (1 ) limited impact permits , <br /> (2) Conversions of 1973 Act permits qualifying as limited <br /> impact permits , and <br /> (3) Amendments of limited impact permits. <br /> For conversions of limited impact permits to regular permits , <br /> see Rules 1 and 2. <br /> - 25 - <br />
