Until thud pits are filled in, an 8-foot fence will be erected immediately around <br />all pits to prevent ell:, deer, cows or people from falling in. Netting will be applied to <br />completely cover the pits to prevent migratory birds from landing in Ute pits. <br />12. Water drawn from stock ponds will not be drawn below a 2 foot depth to protect <br />tiger salamander larvae. Any water withdrawn from stock ponds will be replenished the <br />saime season it is ttsod. At no time should the ponds be dry. <br />13. Iv[CC will be responsible for controlling and eradicating noxious weed infestations <br />an the drill sites and access roads until release of the Colorado State held reclamation <br />bond. <br />14. MCC will be required to monitor methane gas emissions from the GVB including <br />total gas emitted and methane concentration, and report these findings to the Forest <br />Service. <br />I5. Off-road vehicle travel is prohibited, <br />16. Hartusment of livestock and wildlife is prohibited. <br />17. Depending on the location of the drill tics during the first two rifle seasons, <br />additional temporary gstcs may need to be installed to prevent public access to active <br />drill pads. Additional security and public safety measures may be considered and <br />approved or dirtclcd by the District Ranger. <br />Il <br />
