MCC will be responsible for ensuring <br />appropriate drainage and sediment control devices are in place as directed by the Forest <br />Service. <br />20, No heavy equipment will be moved on Forest Road 71 I or 711.2b from the <br />Wednesday prior to the first rifle hunting season for two weeks to prevent conflict with <br />hunters. Depending on the location of the drill tics during the first two rifle seasons, <br />additional temporary gstcs may need to be installed to prevent public access to active <br />drill pads.
