<br />lowing order. The time limits set out below are maximum limits <br />and shall be strictly enforced. The Board, at its discretion, <br />may allow additional time when warranted. The Hoard has the <br />right to limit any redundant testimony. Unused time may be used <br />in subsequent rebuttal or closing statements as applicenble. <br />1. Division introduction. <br />The Division shall have 20 minutes in which to present the <br />Board with an introduction of the nature of the operations, the <br />approved 112 permit and the proposed amendments. Each party <br />shall be permitted an opportunity to cross-examine the Division <br />at the conclusion of the Division introduction. <br />2. Operator presentation. <br />The operator shall have 70 minutes to make its presentation <br />of the provisions of the application. The Division and the par- <br />ties shall be permitted to cross-examine the operator at the con- <br />clusion of the operator presentation. <br />3. Objector presentation. <br />The parties objecting to the amendment shall collectively <br />have 90 minutes in which to make their presentation to the Board. <br />The objecting parties shall determine the order of presentation. <br />The Division and the parties shall each have the opportunity to <br />cross-examine the party witnesses following the presentation by <br />the objecting parties. <br />4. Operator rebuttal and closing statement. <br />The operator shall have 45 minutes in which to present <br />rebuttal evidence (30 minutes) and to make a closing ar3ument (15 <br />minutes). <br />5. Objecting party closing statements. <br />The objecting parties shall have 15 minutes collectively to <br />make a closing statement. <br />6.
