Long <br />Division Dnecbr <br />The Division has reviewed the TR-23 submittal and has the following questions or comments: <br />A. In General: <br />~1. What is the source of the particle size distribution? <br />/2. Maps 10 and 11 need to be certified. <br />/ 3. The operator must commit to analyzing water samples of runoff from each SAE, if <br />possible, in order to demonstrate compliance in the field. <br />~ 4. The location and dimensions of any berms, ditches, culverts or other designed <br />structures must be shown on a certified map or drawing, per Rules 2.05.3(4) and 2.10, <br />preferably using a large scale. <br />C~5. If the operator possesses vegetation data to back up the CP values used, then these <br />data should be submitted to the Division. <br />B. SAE No. 1 <br />~ 1. SAE No. 1 must be located and annotated on the map. <br />J2. Please explain the meaning of 25°h weeds and 60°,6 cover in determining a CP factor <br />of .038, in Table 1. <br />C. SAE No. 8: <br />1~ Please explain the meaning of "add rock to 80°h gravel" and "20% gravel" in Table 1. <br />
