Most <br />responses were considered acceptable by the Division and require no <br />further action, except for providing the Division the revised word <br />processed pages. However, some require clarifications or <br />additional pages to be included. As I have begun more work with <br />Mountain Coal Company's permit, I have discovered some additional <br />items which are not included with the new document. The new <br />information is included in Section V (new section). I have <br />continued with the numbering sequence as in previous letters. <br />I. Information found in the old permit but not in the new permit <br />1. If pages 1-155 through 1-159 contain outdated information, then <br />current information should be provided.
