We have reviewed this document and
concw with the report's findings that Trapper Mining Inc. has complied with and met all phase
III reclamation obligations under this permit's requirements.
The proposed Phase III bond release for this azea will not conflict with Federal lease terms and,
therefore, the Bureau of Land Management has no objection to the Phase III bond release for
these areas. We understand that bond funds will be released with this decision and that the
remaining bond amount is more than adequate to reclaim the mine project.
If you have any questions, please contact Robert Emst at (970) 826-5079.
V~
cc: Ms: Jane Binnsn,. fit.:; ..~, :c.T : !~ :.' .
Division of Minerals and Geology
- : Department.of Natural Resources
1323 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
Sincerely,
~.., ~ ~a~--~ !~- S~L_
John E.
