<br />• , III IIIIII~IIIIII III <br />BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />PREHEARING ORDER <br />IN THE MATTER OF CASTLE CONCRETE COMPANY HEARING CONCERNING <br />POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AT THE SNYDER QUARRY. <br />Pursuant to § 24-9-105(4), C.R.S. (1988), the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board ("Hoard") held a prehearing conference at which <br />Luke J. Danielson, Chairman presided. At the prehearing confer- <br />ence, Mr. Danielson heard motions, briefs and oral arguments by <br />the parties. Based on the foregoing Mr. Danielson proposes that <br />this order govern the hearing regarding the possible violations <br />at the Snyder Quarry: <br />1. The Castle Concrete Company and the following have <br />been admitted as patties to the preceding: <br />a. Concerned Citizens for Williams Canyon; and Mr. <br />John Covert, individually; <br />b. Mr. G. M. Nagel; <br />c. Cedar Heights Lenders; and <br />d. Mansfield Development Corporation. <br />2. The admission of Concerned Citizens for Williams Can- <br />yon and Mr. John Covert as parties co this hearing is conditioned <br />upon the submission of a written request therefor pursuant to <br />§ 24-9-105(2). The Concerned Citizens for Williams Canyon and <br />Mr. Covert shall present a single, consolidated presentation. <br />3. No other parties shall be admitted. <br />4. The motion by Castle Concrete Company for a hearing <br />on the possible violations separate and apart from the hearing in <br />the pending permit amendment application, is granted <br />except that the request by Castle Concrete mpany that this <br /> <br />
